ReplyDeleteI'm a hunter and i love to tame rares, i was in silithus when while doing a quest in a cave to kill i think vyral the vile or something like that, i was with my friend and we got attacked by a strange dragon serpent thing, we were on skype and i said "It's a rare!" and we started attacking but i quickly noticed it was a beast and quickly checked if it was tameable, it was, i told him to stop attacking since it had very low health but he froze and couldn't, sadly it died and i've been trying to get it since, it is all the way at the end and is a see-trough pinkish dragon thing and it looks really cool, maybe you want to check that out?
ReplyDeleteI'm working on a post for Silithus right now actually. It's just taking me a little while because there are a LOT of rares in that zone. (Hopefully I'll have it up by this weekend.)
DeleteThe rare you were referring to is Acroniss, he's one of the new tamable rares added in patch 5.1 and has a totally unique look. Good luck coming across him again, he's one pet that really stands out!

ReplyDeleteMost of it is actually just part of the Revenant set which I got off the auction house. Her weapon came out of Grim Batol (off the last boss). It's called the [Wild Hammer].
